Celia's Handmade Lasagne
is an artisanal product made completely by hand.This incredibly light dish has 25-30 layers of fresh spinach and egg pasta with a rich tomato meat sauce, creamy béchamel, mozzarella and parmigiano.
It can be purchased fresh or frozen, ready to heat and serve, including extra sauce.

Each has a particular use, but all are extremely versatile.
Boursin Seasoning Mix 1 oz tin $6 each
garlic, parsley, oregano and other assorted herbs and spices.
Mix 2 tbsp mix with 16 oz softened cream cheese. Blend well. Add 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil and/or Italian parsley. Blend again and chill. Serve with
crusty bread or crackers.
Marinara Seasoning Mix 1 oz tin $6 each
garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, sugar and other assorted herbs and spices.
Add 2 tbsp mix to 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil in a 3 quart saucepan. Add
28 oz crushed canned tomatoes and simmer on low/medium heat for 20 minutes. Add fresh basil and Italian parsley if desired.
Red Meat Marinade Seasoning Mix 1 oz tin $6 each
garlic, parsley, basil, oregano and other assorted herbs and spices.
Combine 2 tbsp of mix with 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil and 1 cup of balsamic vinegar.Cover steaks or lamb chops and marinate for al least an hour. Grill as desired.
