Celia's lasagne, made famous at Celia's Porta Via during our
15 years at 49 Archdale Street, is now available once again!

This incredibly light dish layers 25-30 sheets of fresh spinach
and egg pasta with a rich tomato meat sauce, creamy béchamel,
mozzarella and parmigiano. Our Primavera Lasagne bursting
with fresh vegetables and our special duck lasagne are also available by special order.

Our lasagne is made by hand in the tradition of Zia Giovanina,
my Great Aunt from Abruzzi. As a student in Rome, I'd often
visit Zia for Sunday dinner. It was here that I first tasted this
amazing lasagne.

Zia Giovanina once told my mother that you had to roll out the
pasta sheets thin enough to read a newspaper through! I think
you'll agree that it will be difficult to find a more delicate, perfect lasagne!

Our lasagne will be delivered to you ready to heat and serve. Instructions and serving suggestions will be included, naturally.
